Description

The Kitchen Steward Program in Middle East places candidates in the back-of-house engine room of hotels, restaurants, and resort kitchens, where they keep service running through dishwashing, equipment care, and kitchen sanitation.

This program is a stepping stone into professional European hospitality, giving hardworking, detail-oriented candidates an 18 month paid placement and a genuine foothold in the industry.

Who can apply?

Male and female applicants.

Age : 18 – 35 years.

Academic Background – Certificate in food safety, hygiene, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.

Applicants with prior experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or catering setup are given priority.

Graduate Trainees should have at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen support or stewarding role.

Graduates should provide recommendation letters from their employer or educational institution.

How to apply
  • Submit your application and include your CV, letter of recommendation and academic certificates.
  • Attach passport photo and any other 2 photos.
  • First technical interview or evaluation by Nova Placement Africa.
  • Second technical evaluation by our partner agency in Middle East.
  • Signing of your contract with Nova Placement Africa.

After receiving your contract you will be expected to make a deposit of the program fee, to be used for:

  • Visa application, processing of internship permits, residence permit and student case order ID payment.
  • Embassy biometrics.
  • Receiving of your Visa.

Payment of the balance of the program fees.

  • Issuance of Air Ticket.
