The Barista Program in Middle East places experienced baristas in cafés, coffeehouses, and hotel dining outlets across the continent, giving them hands-on experience in a professional specialty-coffee environment.
This program helps bridge barista training and real-world work, opening the door for skilled coffee professionals to take up an 18 month paid placement in Europe.

Male and female applicants.
Age : 18 – 35 years.
Academic Background – Certificate in Barista Training, Hospitality, or a related field (relevant work experience considered in place of formal qualification).
Applicants with prior barista experience, including manual espresso machines and latte art, are given priority.
Graduate Trainees should have at least 1-3 years of experience as a barista.
Graduates should provide recommendation letters from their employer or educational institution.
